Cancellations

Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.

 

Shipping

Typically, orders placed in the US can expect 5-8 day shipping times in addition to order processing time.

 

Returns

We aim to please! We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day you received the item. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. *Some restrictions apply. 

Refunds will be issued  to the same form of payment used.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

- Overly used products

Customer is required to pay return shipping. Taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds on late deliveries. A tracking number will be issued to you by email. If the tracking information is showing up as delivered to you, we can not issue a refund. If that is the case, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim.

 

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
